Return, Refund & Warranty Policy


1. Return & Refund Period


You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days from the order date.

2. Return Shipping Cost


  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping is FREE. We will provide a prepaid return label.
  • Change of mind / personal reason: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. Return Conditions


To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following:

  • Returned within 30 days from the order date
  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • In resalable condition with no damage, stains, or signs of use

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items


The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Intimate or consumable accessories (brush heads, nozzles, cartridges, etc.)
  • Items damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Opened or used items

5. Return Process


  1. Contact our customer service
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the product & packaging
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions
  4. Ship the item back following our guidance
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

6. Warranty Policy


  • Main product: 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Brush heads, accessories, and consumables: No warranty
  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or improper use

7. Refund Processing


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account.
